What company made this Disney Mickey Mouse ornament?

It's not plastic -- it feels like ceramic or some other material. It features Mickey Mouse flying a GREEN airplane that has eyes. The airplane is also wearing yellow mittens on each wing. It's a two-seater airplane, and there are presents in the back seat. The side of the airplane says 1990. The bottom is engraved/imported with (c) DISNEY.
