I'm currently a freshmen who has just started her spring semester at Boston University. I'm really interested in the Disney Program, but being a business student, I can't afford to take any time off from school if I want to graduate on time. Also, would it be too late to apply now if I want to work this summer?

It doesn't look like it. The length of the program, from the website, appears to be 8-9 months, from either January - August or else May - January.

It looks like right now is the time for interviews if you wanted to do the May - January program, but obviously you'd have to take time off from school and put off graduating on time (which, actually, is not the end of the world if you think about it) I do know of people doing this after they graduate, also.
