How would you become a Disney Imagineer?

I'm in high school, and I've always dreamed about working at Disney World. I don't care what the job would be, but I think it would be amazing to be an Imagineer. How do you become one?How would you become a Disney Imagineer?
Disney Imagineers design, plan, and build the theme parks and other Disney venues (like the Disney cruise ships). So you'll need to train or attend college/university in a field related to designing or building things. A few examples would be; Electrical Engineer, Architect, Civil Engineer, Computer Software Designer, Space Planner or Designer, Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Lighting or Set Designer, Digital Art Design, Theater Design, Construction Management, Landscape Architect, Material Applications Designer, Robotics, and many more career fields. Imagineers are are people from over 150 career fields.
