How much money should I bring to disney world?

I'm going to Disney World with my sister and my teen daughter and we have the disney dining plan but I was wondering how much money should we bring for souveniers and stuff? How much money should I bring to disney world?
That depends on how well you are with your money, what I do with Amusement parks is have a cash limit of $200. I usually only bring from $80 - $150, and that covers small snacks and souvenirs perfectly for me. So, like I said it depends on how well you do with your money, and how much extra spending you plan on doing.
It depends. We are FL residents with annual passes; we go a couple times per month at least, and at least 4 or 5 times a year we spend an overnight, a weekend, or up to a week.

We have gone at times and bought nothing-- not even snacks-- and still had a total blast. We'd just pack some snacks in our bags and spend only on food %26amp; lodging.

But you can easily go and spend hundreds of dollars on family souvaniers alone... a hat, t-shirt, toy for the kids, pins, vinylmations, etc... not even including drinks/snacks in the park you don't even have to buy a lot to watch a couple hundred dollars fly out of your pocket in a day.

If you are going to spend money on little novelties like spinning glow sticks for shows or balloons, yeah that can really add up little by little.

Personally I say a must-have is:

- some kind of hat (mouse ears, whatever)

- a souvanier of something you like to collect like mug or stuffed animal or key chain or photo frame (for me it's fridge magnets from different parks, rides, especially from each of the world showcases at Epcot)

- some candy from the confectionary at the Magic Kingdom (usually a treat to bring home w/ us)

- a photo from a ride like Splash Mountain or Tower of Terror

The things I find unnecessary to buy in the park are balloons/glow sticks sold in the park, clothes, a lot of toys (we can get Disney merchandise like that other places for way cheaper and just bring it when we go... like get dollar store glow stick toys and you just saved yourself $12).

I say the best strategy is to set your budget for something you feel comfortable with and just stick to it. Mind you things are pretty expensive in the park so most likely your money will not go as far as you think. How much money should I bring to disney world?
As the other answerers correctly pointed out, Disney is very expensive. You already have the dining plan, so that will cover a lot of the daily expense. For souvenirs and snacks, I would say $25-$30 per day, per person. It all depends on how many souvenirs you want to buy. You can drop a lot of cash in a hurry if you're not careful.
Souvenirs at Disney are pretty expensive... I would bring to $80- 100 dollars to the park. That way you can buy snacks (like candy, soda, slushies) but still have enough money for T-Shirts and disney hats.

PS: If you are going to disney this summer, make sure you bring sunblock and a fan to protect yourself from the hot sun!How much money should I bring to disney world?
A WHOLE LOT! disney world is a big place with expensive food, high priced souvineers and alot of em'. be safe and take quite a bit of money so you don't be like aw man im out of money. $850-900 for food and stuff.
A lot, Disney is very expensive. Almost as bad as sixflags.
I would bring a lot but not a ton cause their stuff is probably expensive.
A lot but not overboard you just gotta know the right balance.
roughly a few cents.
