How do i become a Disney or Nick star?

I wanna be an actress for disney or nick how do i become one? I can sing, act and more. i have been singing since i was little. and i have been in plays. do i need an agent?How do i become a Disney or Nick star?
Well the more experience you have, the better. and one of the only ways to get Disney Channel auditions is through auditions. But what you can also do is send your resume/headshot to casting directors for shows on those channels. An actor who also works for Disney has a blog website for aspiring actors to do not have agents. It has all the information you need if you would like to submit for acting roles for Disney Channel, as well as information on how your resume should look, and the addresses to send them to for certain Disney Channel movies/tv shows you would like to audition for.
