On friday evening we are going to Cirque de soleil. My friends parents already paid for the tickets and hotel room and are providing transportation, etc...
I was wondering how much money I should take to spend at the parks (food, sovuiners, etc) Im not sure if my friends parents are paying for our food, but im not expecting them too as they paid for everything else.
Ive never been to Disney either and was also wondering what I should pack.
Thanks! How much money should I take to Disney World?
your friend must have some very amazing parents if they are willing to pay for all of that!
Disney can get quite expensive. so I would say to take around $175 per day.
heres a layout plan:
$10 for breakfast
$15 for lunch
$20-25 for dinner
$50 for water and snacks throughout the day
$75 for souviners (mickey ears, stuffed animals, shirt, photos, etc...)
I would recommend taking a poncho or raincoat for the afternoon rainstorms, which are likely to occur. Also, comfortable walking shoes and loose clothing. It will be extremely hot so maybe buy one of those mister fans at the dollar store before hand.
I would take $200-300 . Food is expensive inside the parks! Plus, Cirque De Soleil is at Downtown Disney, which has tons of cool shops that you can probably spend a lot of money in... one specifically would be Tren-D... it just opened and it has tons of cool stuff!
As for what you should pack .. It's going to be really hot, so breathable, light clothing. Bring lots of sunscreen and running shoes, you will complain if you wear flip flops (unless they are supportive). Also, bring a poncho or rain-jacket because it rains every day (don't let it put a damper on your day! My friend and I were at Universal when we were in Orlando on vaca and it poured when we went.. we said to hell with it and jumped in puddles and stuff all day!)How much money should I take to Disney World?
Well be prepared to be really hot and stand in ridiculously long lines. Dress smart, sunblock might be a good idea, also check the weather to make sure it isn't raining. Depending if you're just gonna buy something quick to eat, or if you're going to eat at a restaurant. You probably would be more than fine with $50 per day. Maybe a little more if you're planning to buy a lot of stuff, otherwise that should be more than enough for a day.
How much money you should bring to the parks= how much your comfortable spending.
Souveneirs:
T-shirts- $15-$25.
Pens- $3.50
Cups- $12
Frames- $15- $25
Keychains- $5
Pins- $7.50- $12.50
Sweatshirts- $40
Ride photos- $12.50
Food, is depends on where you eat. Plan on spending about $50 on food each day.
What to pack:
Swimsuit, cover up
Shorts, t-shirts.
Pants (one pair)
Pajamas
Flip flops
Sneakers (broken in ones, not new)
Band-aids for walking blisters
Toiletries

the minimum you should take is at least $100 bucks.
Disneyland is pretty expensive, souvenirs start like at $20 bucks and food (like full meals) are at least $10 with tax.
If your going to stay for 4 days, you would probably need too buy a lot of food, and that's going to be at least $40 bucks by itself.
If you are on a budget, take snacks with you from home and plan on spending at least $50 a day at the park. Food is expensive, but drinks is always what costs us so much because of the heat. If you're not on a budget, take $100. a day so you don't have to worry about the cost of things.
take shorts, tank tops, sneakers and flip flops. If you burn easy, take sunblock. Don't forget the camera!!
expect to pay anywere from 8 to 12 bucks at regular food courts if u go to any fine dining restraunts in disney expect to pay 25 to 35 per meal budget about 150 a day for a great time and a few gifts and u should have some to spare as long as everything else has bin prepaid for
don't assume they are going to pay for food-ask them.
go to site below. There is a list of all disney restaurants, their menus and prices. You can see what a pop is going to cost you at a kiosk to what a set down dinner would cost - at all four parks
It's a money pit! I'd take $300 in cash and at least another $500 in travelers checks. This is assuming that you are kid and won't have to pay for adult type stuff like restaurant checks, rental cars, hotel rooms and hookers.
Hi first show me the money%26gt;? how much is your 401 k monthly income. debt? then i will email you if you have been approved or DeNIED! but if you dont want to do all that you can just bring $300 should be fine and safe. k?
Take 80dlls per day
10 dlls for breakfast
30 dlls for lunch (a good filing lunch)
40 dlls for souvenirs ice creams or pictures! ;)
20 dlls for anything else..or dinner ;)
Oh my god that's a lot.
Bring all of it! Trust me, once you step on property, all you want to do in your head is to spend money.
I know I did.
sodas are 2.50 a bottle
water 2.50 a bottle
food from 8$ - 20$ per person depending on where you eat in the park.
souviners 2$ - 200$ each depending on what you get.
I'd personally recommend as little as possible, I want to say almost every place within Disney World takes credit card (maybe only Visa?) but it's a lot easier than worrying about cash.
foods in disneyland are very expensive. 200$ is pretty enough but if you like to bring more,=. why not
ALL OF IT!
200 in case
take $200 and pack a barf bag
dont give disney your money- dont go
about $200-$250 if you wanna have fun! or 50-150 if ur on a budget
a penny.
im quessing $350 ?
i bring american express and 300 bucks in cash were leaving sat have fun!
