How competitive is it to get a career in Marketing or Public Relations with Disney?

Im going to school as a Marketing major and have recently been looking into the Disney College internship programs. I wanted to know if anyone knew how competitive it is to land a career in Marketing or Public Relations with Disney? Any and all information on the subject would be much appreciative!How competitive is it to get a career in Marketing or Public Relations with Disney?
It is extremely competitive. Unless you have a 3.5+ GPA and are attending UCLA, USC or a VERY top-tier school like Stanford, Berkeley, Ivy League, etc., you really don't have much of a chance.How competitive is it to get a career in Marketing or Public Relations with Disney?
I would say moderate-very competitive... You really need to be creative and be better than the other guy.. If you know how to talk to people and have a very warm/convincing personality , I think you should do fine...along with confidence.
