I don't recommend hiring a car, navigating the Paris area road network jetlagged and tired from an eight hours flight is not a good idea.

I would recommend you try to get a flight to a different airport.
The saving made by flying Ryan Air can be more than wiped out by the pain of getting to this airport in the middle of nowhere.
Even Easy Jet flies to Charles de Gaule aiport.
