What should I get for a mom who really loves Disney stuff and is turning 62?

She loves Disneyland, and her favorite Disney character is Snow White. She is the kind of mom who have everything already, but I want to give her something spectacular the day we are going to Disneyland on her birthday besides a card and making her Disney cupcakes. It will be the second time that I will see her...and by the way she is my boyfriend's mom and I love to impress..but what else can I do? P.S.
