The chances of becoming a "Disney" screenwriter is around 1 percent. Disney hires proffesional screenwriters that have worked for the company for a certain number of years. The best chance you have is to become a talented screenwriter before that. Taking film courses in college is a good start, and getting a scholarship to NYU. But NYU is a very elite college.

See if you can get into a Creative Writing and Filmmaking class
Basically any Fine Arts college lol. Look up colleges where you live...like in CA, I'll be going to USC. I know my aunt, who is now a casting director, went to VCU in Virginia.
