How much would the cost be for two adults to stay for a weekend at disney world?

My boyfriend and I really want to visit Disney World this spring. We're interested in staying a weekend but would like to know the average cost. Do all parks cost separate? We do not want a dining plan and would like to stay close, if not in one of the resorts.How much would the cost be for two adults to stay for a weekend at disney world?
Value Resorts are the cheapest on Disney property but you receive the same perks there as people staying in Deluxe resorts.

Base tickets are tickets that allow admission for one person to one park per day. If you are only going to be there for 2 days I wouldn't recommend a Hopper... there wouldn't be enough time to make it worthwhile.

Total = $542.50

Fri and Sat night at Disney's All-Star Music resort in a Standard Room

2 - 2 day Magic Your Way tickets to the theme parks (1 park per person for 2 days each)
If you stay at the Pop it will cost $100 most each night.

Hotel= $200 before taxes

Food can be cheap if you bring breakfast items with you.

Food= $50 a day for each person.

You can be individual tickets for each park which cost about $75 each adult for one day pass or buy two day passes in one which could be a little cheaper. If you want a park hopper option added to your pass it could cost up to $50 more per persons ticket. This allows you to bounce between all four the Disney parks as you feel like it.

Tickets= Estimated at $200 a personHow much would the cost be for two adults to stay for a weekend at disney world?
You can get single rooms at some of the Disney resorts for as low as $89 per night if you go in the off season. My favorite so far is Port Orleans, but I recommend you check out Pop Century if you're looking for a good deal. All the hotels are really clean and nice. All resort guests have free access to buses that will take you pretty much anywhere on the Disney property for free. You also park for free as a resort guest. If you stay off the Disney property you have to pay $14 to park every day.

A basic adult ticket for one park for the whole day is $85. You do get a small price break for multi-day passes. You can add park hopper to that (you can go to multiple parks) or the water park option to the base ticket for $52. I suggest you do neither of these things. You can stay at the same park all day and not do everything there, and water parks aren't much fun in the winter.

Meals inside the parks start at about $15 dollars per person, but they don't care if you bring food in. Definitely bring your own water. A bottle of water is $3 at the parks. There are tons of restaurants right outside the Disney property that have better prices. And definitely go to Downtown Disney the day you get there. It's not worth paying for a whole day at the parks if you check into your hotel at 3pm. Downtown Disney is free and there is a fireworks show every night.
You're going at a good time. Hotels in Orlando are offering huge discounts right now because tourism was the first casualty of the bad economy. Try Hotwire and Priceline and I bet you can get a 3* near one of the parks for $40/night. You can buy passes (more expensive than a single ticket of course) that will get you into all parks owned by the same company (such as a pass to Disney/Epcot/MGM or a pass to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure). You can also buy passes that are good for multiple days, but it pays to shop around online for the best deals.
