Does anyone know any good proposal ideas for Disney World?

I'm in search of the ultimate proposal idea at Disney World in Orlando. I've heard of a few, but want to get more information. Has anyone heard of a crown or a glass shoe being braught up to you while standing in front of the Castle with the ring? Thanks.Does anyone know any good proposal ideas for Disney World?

If you want to propose in a memorable place at Walt Disney World without buying an "engagement package," here are some perfect spots that won't cost you anything (except, in some cases, theme park admission):



At the Wishing Well, next to the Castle in Magic Kingdom



In front of Cinderella's Castle at night



On the Peter Pan ride, as you fly over the lights of London



On the beach at the Polynesian, ideally just before the fireworks - Sunset Pointe is a perfect spot



At any of the other resort beaches, including the ones at Grand Floridian, Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach resorts



In the France courtyard or Italy courtyard in Epcot's World Showcase, at night (maybe just before IllumiNations)

Does anyone know any good proposal ideas for Disney World?
It depends on your intended. If they are shy, a public proposal in front of the Castle would be a bit scary for them! If they love the limelight then it would be perfect!



My now husband propsed on the beach at the Polynesian after watching Wishes which was just perfect :)



Wishes, IMHO, is amazing and a proposal tied in some way with that is perfect. Either during, after, on a beach watching it, or on Main Street.



For your idea of in front of the castle, not sure if Disney would do that without you parting with $$. If it was in the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table restaurant they would do it for free.

How about dinner at CRT and order the chocolate slipper dessert, have the ring hidden in that?
If you check with the Cinderella castle folks they have an entire list of things you can do that they can help you with. The crown is one, and also the glass slipper. They can make sure you sit in a certain place for dinner, overlooking the park and making sure you will have fireworks, etc.

We saw a guy propose to his girlfriend last year down on one knee in front of Cinderella's castle on the balcony overlooking Main Street USA. Needless to say, she bawled. I think it would be a good idea.



I definitely wouldn't recommend doing it in The Haunted Mansion.
Never heard of that, but I think that would be a cute idea..

I think thing in Disney would be a romantic idea =]
