What becomes of your job if you are a cast member at Disney, portraying a princess and you become pregnant?

It's illegal to give away ones job due to pregnancy, but I really don't wish to see a 8 month Ariel waddling around in 90 degree temps either. What does Disney do in a situation such as this?

When you are cast as a "costume" like a princess cast member you agree to be able to fit into the costume. If for some reason you can not fit into the costume you will get another position in the park that is not "in costume". There is such a High demand for these positions that many of the princesses will do almost anything to keep their size so they fit into the clothes.

They make up a bogus excuse about how your big belly does not fit the job description and offer you a job as a ticket taker. Then they ask you to trick your baby out to be used in the Jungle Book scenesWhat becomes of your job if you are a cast member at Disney, portraying a princess and you become pregnant?
They offer you another job with equal pay, one where your pregnancy doesn't matter.

They ban you, of course! :-)
this is a bad example, but it's like if you work at Hooter's, you basically sign a contract stating that if you change 'appearance' you will need to take on another role. As a disney princess you are an actress and if you can't fulfill the appearance requirement you will need to take on another position...
they put you in another role till your pregnancy is over and you can fit back into costume but they only give it back to you if its still available
princess is gonna have a baby?! wow!!
