If you've never been before the answer is everything! Disney World has a great variety of rides and attractions so they fit everyones preference. I would highly recommend checking out the maps of each park prior to getting there to have a feel for how you want your day to flow. Specific to each park I would say the must sees are:

Show - The Carousel of Progress AND Hall of Presidents
the peter pan ride is fun and so is like the rockin roller coaster!!! i dont really like it but if u like the feeling of falling then u should go on the tower of terror....i know a lot of ppl that LOVE that ride...i havent been there in about 4 or 5 years so its kinda hard 4 me 2 remember all the rides....if u look it up on google a lot of stuff comes up for it though :)What are the best things to do in Disney World?

Magic Kingdom:
Do not to go on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride unless you are with very small children that love the bear, but for teens and adults, it really is the most boring ride ever, and we'll never get back the 60 minutes that we queued for it!
The rides that you should definitely go on AND are suitable for almost everyone are; Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Jungle Cruise, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, Pirates of the Caribbean, Stitch's Great Escape!, Tomorrowland Speedway, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, Walt Disney World Railroad and Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress.
Catch all the parades and Wishes fireworks.
Epcot:
Spaceship Earth is a definite must; this is the attraction/ride that is housed in the huge central 'dome' and it's a slow ride through some 400,000 years of communications. If you haven't seen this before then I'll keep the attractions top most visual a surprise for you, but it really is stunning.
Innoventions is great for young and old minds alike and is a mass of different interactive games and attractions that are designed to educate and provide enjoyment.
A ride truly worth a mention is the Test Track, this is Disney's fastest ride but don't let that out you off, you're basically in a test vehicles as it goes through it's checks and ends in a 65mph drive around the outer test track, it's a stunning ride. This seems to be susceptible to technical problems, so I'd suggest that you try to get on this ASAP just in case! Get a FASTPASS before you go in so you can go on again not long after it ends!
Soarin' is an incredibly serene, multisensory attraction that simulates a peaceful hang-gliding flight over California.
Living with the Land is an engaging and fascinating 15 minute boat ride through the American plains, the rain forest and the African desert to explore how innovative technologies permit food growth while preserving the environment. Truly wonderful.
Ellens Energy Adventure is a surprisingly good ride, you join Ellen DeGeneres on a 40 minute journey into the past to understand where energy comes from. Some of the ride is in the dark and is sometimes loud, so it might scare younger children.
The World Showcase is really great to walk around. Each of the 11 countries has fun things to look at and do, and is well worth a wander around; take your time and take everything in.
The UK and Canada have live bands on at certain times and is definitely worth catching.
Illuminations is a great night show. Be sure to get yourself a good view of the centre of the World Showcase Lagoon and a clear view of the sky. The China area in the World Showcase is a great place to watch it from and doesn't get too busy. Or if you're near the UK section, then stand close to the pub there.
