There are lots of talent agencies that specifically target people for that genre. A lot of them tour around the country and set up at hotels over the course of a weekend for open try-outs. Most of them appreciate a head shot, and dancing and/or singing experience. You could search for agencies, or call around to the larger hotels in your area and ask if they ever hosts those types of events. I think the fastest way to get a serious audition is to get a talent agent.
