Spend a summer in LA / Hollywood and get in touch with a talent agency that does recruitment for child actors. Due to the overwhelming amount of children that want to get into the business, LOTS of money talks.
There are parents who have second mortgaged their homes to get their kids into show business hoping it will pay off. For every child actor you see on the Disney Channel, there is about a $100,000 in placement fees that parents have paid to make that happen not to mention the time they spent coordinating auditions, workshops and schmoozing.
