What does it take to be hired at the Disney Store?

I've always been a huge fan of Disney and i think i would have what it really takes to be an employee at the Disney store. But i was wondering if you needed any special qualifications to work there? I was just wondering, i'm about to go there and get an application. Is there anything that they would love to see on my application, hypothetically?What does it take to be hired at the Disney Store?
