I have just got a brand new villa in Florida, near to disney and golf courses. I am wanting to rent it out when it is built in April, there are so many companies out there, is there anyone with experience or properties that they rent out there, that can reccomend decent reliable management companies or websites that work?Do you know of a good website or management company to rent my Disney villa?
Look at www.VRBO.com and see if you might want to list and rent it yourself!
I have rented a few places at the beach and a couple of cabins in the mountains from that web site!
