I have 4 free tickets, i want to know how i find out to check if my tickets have been used or not, without going all the way to disney and having to buy another ticket. How do I know if my free disney tickets have been used?
I haven't had much luck with the second option, better off to call, and get the name of who you talked to just to be safe.
You can also contact Walt Disney World and ask the operator to direct you to the ticket department. Once you receive the ticket department, ask the ticket agent to verify the number of days you may have left, if any. Disney can be reached at 407-566-4985, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Another, sometimes more difficult to "find" the right place to check the expiration on your Disney Park ticket is to visit Disney's website at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com. Once you are at the website, visit the area for "Tickets and Reservations" and then "Guest Services," which will review your inquiry and provide you with the expiration date of the park passes. How do I know if my free disney tickets have been used?
For years you had to do it in person, but finally they have started allowing this by phone again.
Call 407-566-4985 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Press option 2 when prompted. Be aware that this availability could once again change at any time and may vary - some cast members may not know they are allowed to do this.
