What is the best and closest subdivision to rent a house near Walt Disney World?

There are so many villas and resorts, I'm just wondering which one is the nicest/closest one to Walt Disney World. I'm not looking for websites to find a house, just wondering which neighborhood/subdivision to stay in, then I can do my research! Beach club villa's is kinda in the middle of all the parks.... walking distance to EPCOT...What is the best and closest subdivision to rent a house near Walt Disney World?

I lived at their Bella Vida complex for around 15 months and loved the place. Houses vary in size, from terraced town houses, offering 3-4 bedrooms, to more grand detached properties offering up to 6 bedrooms. The majority of their properties offer swimming pools of varying sizes, but a much larger communal pool and hot tub can be found over at the club house, which also offers a TV lounge, an internet/computer room, free wireless internet, kitchen facilities, a well-equipped gym, children's activities and more. There is also a children's play area outside along with a basketball court. A footpath allows for walks around the lake at the complex, too.



The complex is 5-6 miles from Disneyworld, with frequent buses available to the parks from the 192 - just two minutes walk away - and it is surrounded by lots of other activities as well; next door to Medieval Times, miniature golf, restaurants and more.What is the best and closest subdivision to rent a house near Walt Disney World?
We usually stay at a variety of resorts. We really like Emerald Island Resort, which is close to Disney but not too close.. The houses are large and it's a gated community. Here is the website for the actual resort (not a rental company) : http://www.stayatemeraldisland.com/

(I believe both are less than 3 miles away).
