First you would have to audition as a Disney character. Once you have the job there are specific auditions for they run periodically for face characters. You have to audition again for that. Everyone does not get face characters as you need to fit the part in the costume. There are beautiful people that audition but still may not look the part once they are in the costume.
So there you go step one get hired as a disney character. You will need to contact disney casting for the next audition dates. YOu can call 407-824-2222 to ask for the casting office to get the audition date and time.
Step 2 after you are hired and begin working as a character be sure to watch for the next face character audition and give it your best shot.
