Okay, after I get out of high school I was planning on going to college and working at Disney. I was just wondering if they will allow the employees to ride the rides. Can you ride the rides at Disney World if you work there?
Well as a castmember you get into the parks for free anytime. If you want to come on your day off then you are considered a guest just like all the paying guest so you can ride anything you want.
You are restricted by your uniform. You can not go to the parks while wearing a uniform or even showing your cast ID.
If you work in Attraction then you will be riding your particular attraction periodically to ensure that the ride is running as it suppose to be. After awhile you be sick of your ride.
Yes, but not while they are working of course, and as another person said, not in their uniforms. Their employee ID works as their pass and they are even allowed to get a couple of people in with them each time (I believe 2 but it might be 3 or 4). They also receive a few free tickets a year to give to family and friends. Can you ride the rides at Disney World if you work there?
Cast members cannot go on rides while their in uniform. Unless your a jungle cruise skipper, or a great movie ride driver, you can only go on the ride they work at if they do their job. I have a cousin who is a cast member and I asked him this same exact question.
Definitely not during your shift, probably not during your break, definitely on your days off (and you would probably get an admission discount). Can you ride the rides at Disney World if you work there?
Yes you can u only work 8 hours per day so the rest of the park hours u can ride the rides.
