How do you get to become a Disney storyboard/concept artist?

I'm interested in working for Disney as a storyboard/concept artist. I'm beginning University as an Art Major and this is my end goal--what kind of classes should I take in order to help me achieve this goal? Would a graduate school (i.e. years down the line) help me in being more focused with my career? How do you get to become a Disney storyboard/concept artist?
Take story boarding and story telling classes that's what a story board artist needs to do. You don't need to be the best drawer for story boards as long as you know your story telling. Take a video class so you get familiar with different camera shots, angles, and movements as you need to put these down in a story board. Also a lighting class so you know your lighting for moods and such.

For concept art, take fine arts and gesture and life drawing classes. Take a digital coloring class so you know how to color characters. To do environments take a background class and perspective drawing classes.
