No the Disney shuttle buses will most definitely not take you to Universal or SeaWorld...it would be cool if they would though
I'm not aware of any. But, what do I know. Google! Are there shuttles that run from Disney World Resorts to Universal Studios and Sea World?
you have to rent a car. but why you don't rent a car for that day in specific non for the lenght of your stay? it will be less expensive.
There is a shuttle run by a 3rd party company called mears.
It is approx. $16 per person.....

No they certainly do not.. Disney wants you all to yourself. lol However at all one morning you can go to outdoor lobby of the All Star resort and they will be able to hail a cab for you.. to take you to Universal!
No, they dont have any. You can call a cab or possibly Mears transportation to take you.
Disney doesn't make it easy to get to attractions off their property. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are all owned by different companies and although Universal and Sea World cooperate with one another somewhat, Disney does not. Disney only runs shuttle service on Disney property and contracts out bus service to Orlando International Airport.
Easiest thing is Alamo has a car rental desk at the parking lot entrance to the Magic Kingdom. They will pick you up at any of the Disney resorts. Rent a car for just 2 days and go to Universal and Sea World on consecutive days, and then return the car. It will be cheaper than a cab, and more convenient than a bus.
Or you can take the public transportation, here is the link for them. www.golynx.com check the routes and fares since they just changed.
No shuttles, you have to figure it out on your own. There is a car rental place on Disney property if you wanted to get one for just a couple of days. Alternatively, you can call a cab company or a Mears shuttle. Mears is a little bit cheaper. I used them once and didn't have any problem. There is also a bus available - personally, I would spend a few more bucks and avoid it, but it is an option.
There are other car services such as Quicksilver Limo company that you can "hire" to come get you. They are a little better at coordinating your pick-ups than cabs and Mears.
There isn't a Disney bus that will take you there. However, if you take a bus to the Ticket and Transportation Center (on Disney property), then take a Lynx city bus (I believe it is $1.50 roundtrip), that should get you there and back just fine and cheaply! Have a wonderful time!
