I have seen full sized cut outs of all the princesses at most party outlet stores that would probably work for you. I'd imagine they have Mickey and Minnie too. I'd google it and see what comes up for where you live because 2 of the card and party stores where i live both have them.
The castle - thats a tough one - I haven't seen that anywhere. There are sellers on Ebay who sell Disney surplus and props - just put in what you're looking for and see what comes up.
